What is Heal Thy Self’s approach to counselling?

Life can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, or at a crossroads.  We can carry pain and emotions from challenges that life has thrown our way, and be unsure of how to move forward. The weight of that can feel overwhelming at times.

This sense of being held back can affect our relationships and overall enjoyment of life, often consuming much of our energy and thoughts.  It can be easy to  believe something is wrong with us, yet often the truth is simply that life presents challenges we weren't equipped to handle and we don’t have the tools to manage them. Many of us never learned the skills needed to navigate these tough times, or were taught to suppress our emotions rather than explore them.

With patience and support, you can start to rebuild your confidence and trust in yourself, knowing you have the tools to find what you need

Understanding ourselves better and exploring the reasons behind our behaviours can lead to stronger relationships, the ability to navigate difficult moments, improved emotional regulation, enhanced self-awareness, resilience building, clearer decision-making, and a greater sense of confidence, optimism and self-affirmation.

How can I pay?

Payment to made by 48 hours in advance of scheduled appointment.to confirm booking. Payments accepted :

Bank transfer/Paypal, or Cash on arrival at appointment.

Can I cancel?

Heal Thy Self operates  a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations of less than 24 hours and missed appointments are non-refundable.
